I run it on my NT 4.0 machine. I find that running non-Win32 apps is
hit-or-miss. Sometimes, installing a new piece of software will make apps stop
working that used to work if they are not native Win32 apps (new version of
DLL's or whatever).

I am anxiously awaiting a Win32 version of Rebel, but I can run it from my
machine as is.
