The quotes kind of suggest that he is quoting what he wrote earlier.  But I
didn't check to verify or refute this.  Anyway...

The third point seems wrong.  It will work really well on 64-bit machines, but
that isn't to say that it isn't also designed to play on 32-bit machines.

The first two points are things that Bob has said many, many, many, many, many,
many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many times.
His test machine is probably fast enough to be classified as a weapon by the
U.S. Government.  Hell, no, Bob doesn't design Crafty for slow computers! :-)
And his opinon on ponder=off is clear from this very thread.
