It only make sense to use this program on early Win-95 systems AND if you experience crashes due to mouse operations. Later Win-95 releases fixed the (early) Win95 mouse problem. When Win-95 was introduced (at the time of Rebel8) we got massive complaints of Rebel8 crashing. It appears to be the mouse. Ratko wrote this little TSR program that fixed the problem on his machine and he was so kind to allow me to offer it for free. The TSR is still there in case people have such an early Win-95 version installed on their PC. Ed Schroder
