The problem is that most of my old games are now looking for the DX7 driver and links and cannot find them cause they are hitting the 6.1 drivers. That is the only thing I can think of, all I know is that I had DX7 and now I have DX6.1 back on there. The funny thing is I put it on my old AMD 266 computer and it upgraded the DX driver again without asking me again. The difference is that it did not stuff up my other programs or games I should say, but the crash still happens all the time in CM7K, I have also tried that video control feature and the program does crash when I use the forward till the end of the game, as to when I use the rewind. I did get the database feature to work, but after a while playing with it, it crashes again. Even though it did not stuff up other games on there, probably due to upgrading the DX driver to 6.1 when I had DX5 on the AMD 266. BUT, it does still stuff up Quicken, and lotus organiser, which I had to reinstall.
