Please describe the computers that it's working well on, for example, their age
and the operating system they are using (do they have the new win98?).

I'm having a hard time biting my tounge with all of these people having trouble
with the new Chessmaster.  But I'm rather curious as to why you're the lucky one
with no problems.

It sounds like a glut of complaints will come in when this cm7000 hits the
retail outlets.
