Hey, folks, Chessmaster 7000 is in at least the 7th edition/version -- not the first!? I am familiar with some of the earliest versions for the Commodore 64, and most of them were far less buggy (in my hands) than this CM7000. CM5000-CM6000 also had some bugs, but less severe (in my hands) than this CM7000. Time will tell, but I predict that CM7000 will set some new, all-time records for bugs in chess software!? (If not, I'll eat crow.) Remember, you heard it here first! :-) JRM
