Our ISP has given us a series of headaches in the last 10 days.
This morning it was a load rate about 25 times slower than normal.
I sent off a rather curt email to them, and I notice that things
have returned to normal.

Unfortunately, we can do no better than normal. It may also be the
routing between our ISP (in Atlanta) and you that is the problem.

I am going to forward your note to our ISP as well. Perhaps we can
get some faster service and quicker support.

As for your going elsewhere, there is nothing I can do to stop you.
We always do the best we can here to keep things running as smoothly
as possible.
