He was playing 4 programs out of that pool of time. Which turns into almost game/40 type time control from his perspective. With one _HUGE_ difference. The GM was having to keep track of 4 games at once, which is significantly harder than to play a single game/40 game. I think the GM did wonderfully well considering that. I have seen similar type events where the GM got shredded at that time control. It isn't unexpected at all... If I had been playing him with 4 copies of Crafty at the same time, I would not have been happy with a 2-2 split, at all... Not at that fast time control.
