1) Latest zipped lg2000 is easy run under Fritz. If You use winzip all necessary files are put to correct directories automatically. Fine! 2) Tactical speed is slightly lower than previous versions. 3) Endgame performance: in my latest testsuite it scores 37/43!! Very good, e.g. same results as Crafty got with TBs! 4) There seems to be problems with time utilization under Fritz. In many games lg2000 loses on time or only uses 50% of available time. No good. In match against Fritz5.32 lg2000 loses 10-30. And I noticed Fritz to use always allowed time very carefully, but lg2000 - no way. Note, that under real Winboard time is handled fine. Jouni Uski
