The moves are always chosen by voting no matter what the official analysts recommend. When thay all recommend the same move, chances are that that move will get the most support by the voters. The World Team has almost always voted for Irina Krush's recommendations simply because (1) she is the only official analyst putting in significant effort, and (2) she works with the World Team Stratgey BBS (http://bbs.msnbc.com/bbs/kasparov-team/index.asp), the Russian GM School (http://www.gmchess.spb.ru/kasparov-world.html) and her team at SmartChess Online (http://www.smartchess.com/SmartChessOnline/SmartChessOnline/archive/MSNKasparov/faq14nb6.htm). Her recommendations are backed up with tons of teamwork. The Computer Chess Team has moved to a new site (http://www.optexinc.com/cct.htm).
