The posting in question was a result of a huge discussion in (I believe)
RGCC. Because I was really impressed by Chris deep insight in the topic
I included the whole posting in the "chess2010" page as Chris hit the nail
on the head and I wanted everybody to be aware of the points he was making.

A few months later I received email from Chris saying he didn't want his
RGCC contribution on my pages. I removed it immediately.

You can't be blamed for having an original copy of my page on your
hard-disk. Apparently I had to ask Chris first before including his words
on my pages.

I (personally) don't mind if people Copy&Paste stuff from my pages and put
it here or elsewhere but not everybody is thinking the same way and the
opinions are divided.
