Chris Whittington has informed me via e-mail that there was no need to apologize, that his argument is not with me, nor was there an argument with you Ed, and I assume not with Thorsten either, but Chris said that he reserves copyright over what he wrote. He does not want his texts published here. For reasons more senior members here will know more about he cannot clarify his position or views and since I don't know anything of how this came to be, I don't think I can either. Maybe I better leave it at that now because views and positions seem very divided. Chris said that otherwise I was free to use his text so I asked Chris if for personal use I can communicate it via e-mail if so asked. Eelco
