In the last days I`ve played around with interesting tablebase-positions (long distance to mate, pawn very long on the same square etc.), proofed by the Nalimov-Tablebases. The longest mate I`ve found till now is # in 124 in a 5-men-Queen-ending. If you have the same "hobby" and are interested in discussing about 5- and6-man positions, please email me. Helmut
