I have a custom interface I use at times, and it has code to check for 4 games vs same opponent and noplay them for a while, as well as code to noplay anyone that disconnects 'too many times' in one or more games. You could do your own (internal) noplay with the new winboard, as you can always use the "tellics +noplay <player>" when you want to from your engine. I don't do this, but might at some time do so.
