Yes, it obviously would like HTML Help, and some necessary files are on the CD, so when you install, you are asked about this and prompted to install the necessary files. But generally speaking it was Microsoft who made the IE4 and following versions part of the Windows operating system. Fritz 6 is not the only software I know of which requires IE4 or higher!
