All right, all right, break it up.

DT's established USCF rating was 2551.  This was based on _more_ than 25 games.
Its performance over the _last_ 25 USCF-rated games it played was roughly 2600.

I don't even care who was correct or incorrect above.  You guys can figure it
out if it matters that much to you.
