The Crafty version 16.6 which I tested (which came with Fritz UI) seems to have a larger BF on the same position than 16.19, which Jeremiah used, or than your ICC Crafty. Also I didn't use the time difference ratios but the number of nodes (difference in total nodes between iterations) via: B = exp(ln(N)/D), which if the times outside of the evaluation function are relatively small (probably more valid at larger depths), is close to each other.
