Perhaps Amir thinks that what's good for the goose is good for the gander. :-)

Bob's comment re: Junior is correct though.  It's a very common name modifier in
North America, and not used as a name itself.

Amir could have used "Junior Senior" for parallel Junior, that would have been
funny. :-)
