If they are not presently on your system, they'll be installed, but this will not affect the operation of any other programs. ChessBase 7 was a similar case. It destroyed IE3 and CIS 3 because of dll conflicts caused by Microsoft's updating of their standard dll libraries between IE3 and IE4. However, it left IE4 alone and did not interfere with Netscape or any other web browsers. Users of Netscape or other browsers are able to use the Internet features of ChessBase 7 with no problems and without *any* version of IE being required. I have no reason to suspect that Fritz6 will behave any differently. -- Steve Lopez The Chess Kamikaze Home Page: http://www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/Hangar/5176/index.html The Chess Kamikaze Club: http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/chesskamikazes
