Hi Charles!

I have done exactly that with my Fritz 6 full version (not an update version).
I installed it into a new subdirectory underneath the existing chessbase folder,
so now I have \chessbase\Fritz532 and \chessbase\Fritz6 folders.

But maybe you should at least make a backup of your databases in
\chessbase\CompBase... It worked ok for me, but you never know...
