Well this Canadian has FTP'ied from that particular location on many
occasions. I know the file is there so I don't grab it right away. So now I
have to beg someone from the US to fetch it for me. What are these people,
racists or worse, is national security involved ? Please explain.

At least Dann has not started blocking canadian visitors. Thanks Dann.
