I had read your other message first and then since it was not in front of me, remembered my impression of it as opposed to what it said. Have to remember in the future to only answer the message in front of me. That explanation is not hearsay. She worked hard at getting analysis from anyone who was serious about it before making her recommendations. The bottom line is that she worked her butt off on this, the other analysts worked some unknown amount (but gave little or no analysis, hence, their effort was probably considerably less extensive than hers), and then the web site problems occured. It's extremely unfortunate since I doubt Microsoft will get someone of her dedication to help analyze a future game (at least I doubt they will get her) when that is the type of person they need to make this type of project work well.
