I think it is a reaonable assumption that anyone with a rating below 2000 Not really, they don't cheat every move, because their rating will increase like hell and they will win their (C) very soon. They just may cheat in some positions, when they know there is a tactical issue or the game is quite complicated, when in troubles (I think). It seems to me like if cheaters are in the middle rating zone, because at patzer level (me) any random move generator can't play so bad, and if you get a high rating and you are dead men.
