How do you detect a cheater? Do you analyze the games w/ a computer and
if the person picks of CM's moves, say 75% of the time, then they're cheating?
Or is it more fuzzy than that and based on your experience of how computers
play?

We are all better on some tactical themes than others, know certain
openings/endings better, etc. So it seems that unless you play someone
a good number of games and get a wide range of positions, it would be
difficult to decide. Otherwise, you might be tempted to say "my opponents
rating is only 1700 and there's now way they would've seen that unless
they're using a computer" when in fact you may have just gotten into
a position that they know well. Know what I mean?

BTW, I don't cheat (as evindence by my sorry rating and knack for
hanging pieces) and I like the idea as a poll question.
