Subject: Null move. How many moves ahead you can see?

Never used the Null Move. Would like to have an idea how efficent it is from the
point of view of its speed. How many extra plys it give to you? If, for
instance, you can see through the usage of "brute force" and no "extentions"
position in one and five seconds, how more extra plys you can see through the
last method? You want your extra ply badly (like me) but very eager to conserve
the precision of your search as much as possible.
