10.21.99 Cezary-- All I did was type in sargon3.exe in the search (it's apparently Szukaj in Polish) box and pressed the Szukaj button. My starting download dialog box appears (the one that asks if you'd like to open the file from its present location or save it to disk) and I just go through the download from there. I tried this in both Netscape and Explorer to make certain it was not a browser-specific glich but it follows this same progression in each browser. I did try other searches such as sargon3 and sargon3 download and all I got were links to the text files. The key is the sargon3.exe -- the extension .exe, that is.
