I recently got a new Compaq with the Athlon 700 cpu. Here's how it does on the TSCP 1.3 test. Comparing the P3/500 against the new AMD, you get a nps speedup proportional to the mhz difference. Using CPUmark 99, I get a score of 61 for the AMD, and 33.8 for my P2/450. This also is proportional to the TSCP results.
