Subject: CM7000 Opening Book Editor question

I recently tried to create a new CM7K opening book from a PGN database.  The
results were a tree of the opening moves played but no weights against them.
This makes the book unusable.  Did I do something wrong?  Is there a way to
import PGN games into CM7K and create a WEIGHTED opening book (based on
frequency)?  Thanks!
