i'm not rated that high but even i can tell you some things .

1.they need more speed , in computers speed kills .just about all the top
programs could beat the best gm's at a 10,000 X speed up .even a program as weak
as cm 2100 could beat kasparov if it were ran fast enough . how fast that would
need to be ?????

2.learning needs to be more effective .
