I've not done any analysis as yet, however, my intution says it's most likely a draw. Reason, the White King does not need to stay behind and defend the two passed pawns. it can go for the last remaining pawn (Black's b-pawn) and once that pawn is captured, Black does not have sufficient material to mate.
