If everybody and everywhere was so picky about hues and semantics I will be not in this trouble on the first place. Problem is that "fixed depth" in chess jargon don't go after clear logic. Logic says that this should signify fixed number of plys no more, no less. Mistake! Since somebody indicated me this funny surprise I never found my way around the problem. With my respect, Leonid.
