It never happened with the demo that I tried, I have no idea what you're talking
about, are you running it from Windows?  Maybe you shouldn't do that.  I only
have one eye so if you need 2 eyes to see this flutter then that could account
for my not seeing it, but it might just be the way your computer is set up too.
