Subject: fine.epd test suite tweaking

I have downloaded various test suites, including fine.epd

Two of the positions seem wrong (best moves do not appear legal):

8/8/3k/p2p/P1K2P/8/8/8 w - - bm a5; id FINE.48;
8/8/8/5kpp/8/5PPP/8/2K b - - bm h5; id FINE.56a;

Am I missing something, or does someone know the right FENs and best moves?
