Here is how _you_ got +noplayed: last week I tried to fix an xwindows problem on my machine and broke something. I was at home, and I tried to mount the CDrom to copy the original files back to the hard drive. When I mounted the CDRom, my machine promptly crashed and rebooted (I later found that my IDE controller is dead on the motherboard and my CD is IDE). I normally run using xboard, so that I can watch the games when I am in my office. But not being in my office, I had to use my custom interface instead, because I had to go to my office to log on and start X. And I didn't want to drive 20 miles to do that. So this was one of those rare occasions when I was using my custom interface (which has to chessboard display). You then played crafty and for whatever reason you disconnected multiple times. My interface instantly assumes that it is an attempt at abuse and generates a +noplay. I'll remove you when I am able to return to my office (I have some sort of horrible flu bug). It was not intended to happen... it just did...
