yes it would, but it would also drive many of us insane...  because we are
using xboard/winboard, and fiddling with that is pretty touchy as Tim will
tell you.  I try to work on crafty and leave the interface stuff alone.  The
only reason I did my custom interface was to be able to observe games and give
analysis in real-time...
