I didn't mind the question at all... just the phrasing:

   "Crafty, too arrogant to ...."

the term 'arrogant' is objectionable, because it was obviously applied to me
since a computer can't ever be 'arrogant'.  If you understood the flaw in ICC's
integer rating formula, the reason for the rating floor for challenges becomes
obvious...
