In fact, I don't remember any complaints about Amir during the first moderation period. More important in my opinion is this "special policy" regarding Bob and Amir and, I guess, some others. If a given status means that we are all equal concerning the charter of CCC but some are more equal than others, then I strongly object. This "special policy" that you hope is in force is nothing but a policy of double standards, and as such not fair.
