It's in french only. It's a big PostScript file. I do not know where to find it.
I downloaded it in 1996 and noticed one day it had moved somewhere else. But I'm
sure you can find it on the Net if you do a serious search.

You could start to search universities of Paris.

You'll find mainly basic things in it. There is a comparative study on move
ordering techniques that is worth the download, as well as a good coverage of
public pruning techniques. You'll even find a study of various parallel search
algorithms.

It's a good book to begin with if you are a student and want to dive into chess
programming (and if you can read french...).
