Root wouldn't have helped Vincent, but it would have helped the opponent, as
the KRB vs KR was dead drawn.  However, Vincent didn't have to go into that
5 piece ending then and had a win.  And his opponent had more than one place
where he could have traded the knight for the P and a dead drawn position
too.

However, Diep played well, and everybody deserves some good fortune now
and then.  :)
