As some other posters noted, this problem rarely occurs, because most members of
ICC are decent people, but you are absolutely right that ICC needs to adjudicate
games more quickly when someone is being a jerk.  I suggest that you e-mail them
with your concerns and see what kind of response you get before you give up on
the club.
