It's on the Chessmaster Live (log on to this to play games on internet), lower left hand icon. When I logged on yesterday to play a game at the CM7000 site it said I need an upgrade (it download from there), after the upgrade it showed the version in CM7000 as 1.0.3. It did not say what the patch did. I also tried to get into the regular chessmater.com but like you said it is down.
