I never liked the music, so I don't really miss this one. However, I agree that it would be nice to at least have the option there. As for the voice, goto Preferences - > Sounds -> Voice. Another of the (IMO), better quiz/tutorials in past versions, >that is evidently gone. Goto the Classroom -> Intermediate -> Rating Exam. There are three different levels for the Classroom. Each has different things to practice.
