They play with the fritz6 interface. It's not even showing the name quest
anywhere. Matthias Feist is operating it. Frans Morsch is walking around
or sitting on the right or left of matthias.

I don't mind them playing with 'quest'. i mind shouting out loud Fritz won
the dutch open when it does.

Note that it's also using the Alexander Kure openings book, which got out of
book at +4.0 against poor DIEP.

So it's completely a chessbase entry, however doing that under the name
quest, which is in the end the program of Frans i find completely legal,
as against most opponents this engine is making some moves.
