if a program does not use multi proc then thats the programs problem , the days of equal hardware is gone . crafty is more than likely the better program if tiger does not use multi proc , i dont know about tiger , but i know crafty plays a good game ,uses table bases , multi proc . it would be a big shock if it was found that crafty does better vs GM than tiger??
