Subject: Cygwin1.dll for SOS

The Winboard engine SOS needs Cygwin1.dll to run. I have tried to download this
file from the link to Cygnus' ftp site given at Frank Quinsay's page, but no
luck.

I also tried using the Cygwin1.dll file that works with Phalanx, dated 11/98,
but no luck.

Any ideas?
