It offers draws whenever it thinks it appropriate, but has code to prevent this from happening too often (which could be considered obnoxious). It accepts draws if the score is <= drawscore for N consecutive moves (2 < N < 6) where N varies depending on the 'title' (or lack thereof). It resigns. Against GM players if the score is < -5 for 3 consecutive moves, it will resign. In addition to the above I give the GM/IM players the 'password' so that they can further control it when they want. The only people I refuse to play are (a) crafty clones (pointless IMHO); (b) computer cheaters I have investigated myself; (c) abusive people that like to do odd things (offer draw every move or multiple times per move, kibitz profanity or other insulting things, behave in a generally obnoxious way.) I am there to improve my program, and enjoy doing so in the process. If something/someone 'interferes' with that, they get zapped.
