However, if you study a personality and it's weakness you will probably do better than what the rating indicates. I try to play the 5 closest personalities (UP & DOWN) to my own rating and then I find that the rating I receive is pretty close to my old USCF rating. I'm sure that this will still vary with each individual but will give an approximate rating. Jim Walker
