Sure...  because against computers I disable draw offers/accepts due to lots
of 'bad actors' running computer programs.  There is one particular person that
offers a draw multiple times per move, _every_ move.  And in some oddball
positions, has picked up a draw due to a bug here and there.  I got tired of
it, and turned it off vs computers.  Who cares if two automatic programs play
on and on?  Can't go beyond 50 moves.  And with tablebases my program moves
instantly.
