Most program authors will tell you I do the same. But I am not watching 24
hours per day. And am often logged on but not watching, so that I can simply
log channel 64 to see if anything interesting was discussed. If I see you
playing in a kr vs kr position, I will offer a draw, although against most
automatic programs I don't, because I know they (like Varguz) won't accept and
it is just wasted effort.

Why ask this question of me when _your_ program/interface doesn't offer/
accept draws? IE I can't _force_ you to take a draw... And I can't respond
to that which you won't offer...
