For C I've been using something called PFE, unfortunatly the authors site has
been removed from the university's site and they say that PFE was uploaded to
winsite, this doesn't seem to be the case because the pfe at winsite is from
1996 and what I have was released feb '99.  But you might want to look around
and test some editors at Simtel even though that's a tedious aggrivating task.
Only an older 16 bit version of PFE is at Simtel, I havn't tried that one though
but the 32 bit one is great in my opinion, I just can't find a REAL download
location.
